Sizing Chart
- In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of the shoe, we can process a free exchange for you. If you ordered a pair of shoes (for example size US7), and they arrive per order as a US7 but do not fit you because of your particular foot type, we will send you another pair free of charge.
- Free exchanges will only be allowed once per order.
- If the order was made with the wrong size, we cannot take responsibility. However, you can inform us in 24 hours to change the size.
- Size exchange requests after production end that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange by us.
- Pls check size chart in 3rd and 4th photos. Pls do not choose size based on size name, pls focus on measuring dimensions and compare with my size chart.

- Our timeline: Production time (~7 business days): Standard shipping: ~14-22 days (US) / ~30 days (intl)
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. You can then track the package by copy-pasting the tracking code to our tracking portal. Shipping time may be affected by Covid19 and some occasions.
- We ship to P.O. Boxes using the Standard Delivery method ONLY. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via U.S.P.S. and shipment tracking will not be available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes could delay the arrival of the order.
